COVID-19 UPDATE - 5/25/20

Please be patient with us as processing times can be up to 7-14 days due to delays related to our shipping carrier and manufacturers. Shipping refunds are available on orders that are delayed and full refunds are available on orders that are yet to receive a tracking number past the 30 day restock mark. All orders are tracked and shipped from our NYC based location using USPS Priority Mail and First Class Package International Service.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. Orders are processed every Saturday. During high volume sale periods, processing period is 1 week. After processing is finished, a tracking number is sent out.
  • Shipping time: Orders are picked up and shipped every Monday. US orders are shipped by USPS, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3-7 days to arrive at their destination. International delivery usually takes about 1-2 weeks.
  • Imported products: Customers that order imported products like AirPod Cases will receive their order within 1 week of processing. 


Due to the nature of the item and for sanitary purposes, Astrology Heaux does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds on any items that are already in processing.
